FORM Careers is a specialist recruitment agency founded in Singapore in 2021 by architect Lucy Richardson. In 2026, the business expanded to Australia under the direction of Interior Architect & Director Kate Owens, with the establishment of the Melbourne office.
We specialise in recruiting talent across Architecture, Interior Design, Property Development, and Construction throughout Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East.
Our clients range from entrepreneurial start-ups to well-established local and international organisations. We partner closely with businesses to understand their culture, teams, and what makes them unique.
